Our boats are manufactured using Cook Armorflex ® gelcoat, 100% Vinylester hand laid skin coat, closed cell high density core with bi and tri axle hand laid fiberglass.  All wire is tinned and connectors are heat shrunk.  All hardware used is stainless steel, and all thru hull fittings are solid stainless steel with a polished finish. Our construction methods and materials are the finest in today's boat building industry and are not offered by production boat builders.
